Everyone's invited—from the trivia rookie to the seasoned pro—this is one match you won’t want to miss! Gluten free food and free babysitting are available.

Trivia Night supports our Senior Youth ministry activities, including attendance to the LCMS Youth Gathering. In 2028, King of Kings will send 40 students plus chaperones to San Antonio to attend the Gathering with 20,000 other Lutheran high-schoolers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. I don't know many people. Can I still come?
A. Yes! We will form teams for those without a full table. This event is a great way to meet others in a fun and inviting atmosphere.

Q. I already have a team of 8. How do I sign up our full team?
A. Great question. You can sign up in one of two ways: 

  • Option 1: Team captain registers and pays for the table. 
  • Option 2: Each person (or couple) registers and pays for their own ticket. Individual registrations can identify WHO they would like to sit with to create a team. 

Q. Can I bring my family or neighbors?
A. Yes! This is a community event. Anyone is welcome. Invite them all!

Q. Should I dress up?
A. Yes! Dressing up based on our theme will earn your team extra points. This is completely optional.

Q. Should I bring my own food?
A. Only if you want to. Trivia Night tickets include family-style dinner, dessert and drinks. However, if you want a specific snack or munchie, you are welcome to bring it along.   

Q. I really want my table to get a specific World Cup country. How do I qualify to punch my ticket to select my team country?
A. To qualify for country selection, teams need to prepay for their tickets. We will then let each table "punch their ticket" and select country on Sunday, February 22. This will be done in order of payment receipt.

Q. I plan on paying at event checkin. Will I be assigned a team country?
A. Yes! We will assign all teams a country (for those who have not prepaid and selected a country). You will be notified of your team country by email on February 24.
